To get suitable sample quality please follow the instructions for sample collection covered in detail in the instruction leaf provided in the Insightome kit and the insightome sample collection video on the insightome website.
If the sample quality is found inappropriate during laboratory extraction, Insightome team shall reach out to you and make provisions for proper sample collection

Genetic Counselling session is a discussion of your Insightome genetic test results, which will be conducted by our certified Genetic Counsellor.
This session will provide guidance in understanding your test outcomes, lifestyle changes to be made, plan early preventive screenings and consultations to proactively manage your at risk pregnancy complications.
The mode of Genetic Counselling session will be telephonic/video consultation.
You can visit our Insightome portal to schedule your appointment and choose a suitable time and date. Following this, our Genetic Counsellor will contact you.
Nutritional Counselling will help you understand the role of nutrition in managing your health risks and nutritional deficiencies which are identified in your Insightome report. This session is conducted by our certified Nutritional Counsellor.
Your Nutritional Counsellor will assess your diet patterns and advise a personalised nutritional plan to prevent your health risks and meet maternal nutritional requirements.
The mode of Nutritional Counselling session will be telephonic/video consultation.
Once you have completed your Genetic Counselling session you can visit our Insightome portal to schedule your appointment and choose a suitable time and date.
Following this our Nutritional Counsellor will contact you.
You are requested to fill up your PFHI form as this will help our Nutritional Counsellor to study your personal and family history and also understand your lifestyle history and diet patterns.

Your journey begins with a thorough questionnaire covering your health history, so your accredited counsellor is already your champion before you even speak.
We will devise and execute a personalized plan of action for any nutritional concerns you may have before, during, and after your pregnancy.
On completion of your Nutritional Counselling session, you will get your personalised Nutritional Counselling report within 4 working days. This report is reviewed by the Nutritional Counselling committee before it is shared with you.
Nutritional Counselling report is delivered to your Insightome portal account. You can log into the account to access your Nutritional Counselling report. Our team will keep you updated about the report generation through emails and messages on your registered email id and mobile number.
